Are you an aspiring fashion designer? Do you want to becomeDavid Tlale's next intern?

A new reality TV show on SABC3 – “The Intern by David Tlale” – will follow the 12 contestants on their journey to becoming David Tlale’s next intern.

“The Intern by David Tlale” is a program developed to focus on skills transfer for post-graduates Fashion Design students, who are looking to improve their skills, finish products and become market-ready.

Successful applicants will receive specialised training and development by industry experts, under mentorship of David Tlale and his team. The Interns will be trained in all aspects of the David Tlale brand and business including:
- Design
- Fabric sourcing
- Range development and production
- Quality control
- Marketing and retail

Ultimately, the Interns will be showcasing on national and international platforms and will enjoy all aspects of fashion shows.

Requirements for entry:
- You should reside and operate in South Africa. If you are selected, you will be required to travel to Johannesburg.
- You must have completed or be in your final year of fashion design studies with not more than three years experience in the fashion industry/or be self-taught.
