Men and women 22 - 35 Years old, Gauteng

Productions 2000 is looking for a Caucasian male actor to join their dynamic Educational Theatre team.

Must be able to sign from 1 April to 4 December 2019 – with the option to sign for Jan-March 2020 when the group tour to KZN and other areas – Gauteng as well.

The meeting point is in Westdene. Actor needs to live relatively close the area.

Rehearsals starts 1 April 2019 and from there onwards we work virtually everyday – depending on school holidays of course. December and January have minimal shows.

Renumeration: R400.00 per show. The driver gets an additional R1500.00 per month. Some months there are many shows and some months less but we average approximately 35 shows per month.

A driver’s license is a huge plus.

Must be totally 100% fluent in Afrikaans

Have a good feel for comedy

Is a qualified actor or some reputable training.

Age: Over 22 would be an advantage-cut off point is early 30’s.

Lives in JHB

Can sleep out when the group tour which will be a few nights per month.

The group tour to various places including KZN (Feb), Botswana (late June early July), Swaziland (early in Oct) and different cities in SA.
