A new reality talent search showAmazing Voices debuts on DStv in early 2020 and the search is on for singing groups who want to compete.

Auditions are happening in nine African cities – Accra, Kumasi, Mombasa, Nairobi, Bulawayo, Harare, Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, - squaring off against each other for the grand prize of $100 000 (R1.5 million).

The show will seek to unearth unsigned music groups across three genres - gospel, pop and rhythm and blues (R&B) with amazing voices.

The search begins with open auditions in the four countries. See the venues and dates below.

Ghana:

Kumasi: Kosados Arena Hotel, 1st October 2019

Accra: Christ the king Parish Hall , 4th October 2019

Kenya:

Mombasa: Reef Hotel, 8th October

Nairobi: UAP Old Mutual, 11th October

Zimbabwe:

Bulawayo: City Hall, 15th October

Harare: Monomotapa Hotel, 18th October

South Africa:

Cape Town: Old Mutual Pinelands, 22nd October

Durban: The Playhouse, 25th October

Johannesburg: AMPD Studio, 28th October

The show will run for 13 weeks until 5 April 2020.
